Booking General Conditions
- If you have any questions about your reservation, please contact us by calling us at 96 232 48 12.
- To access the Spa Thermal Circuit, the use of a swimming cap, swimsuit or bikini, slip-resistant flip flops and a towel or bathrobe will be mandatory (at the spa reception you will have all items for sale and / or rent).
- We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before your appointment to check-in. An extension of the established treatment time will not be granted for late arrivals.
- In case you have a gift voucher, box, ticket, coupon ... you must bring it physically to be able to enjoy the services (ESSENTIAL requirement). All these appointments will be managed solely and exclusively by email.
- The center has the right of admission reserved and every client must complete a questionnaire before accessing the facilities.
- In case of cancellation / modification they must notify 24 hours in advance but 50% of the reserved services will be charged, loss of the deposit made or consumed the bonus to be used.
- In case of having massages / treatments for more than 1 person they can be done simultaneously in case of availability. If for other people's reasons we cannot offer the contracted services, the company reserves the right to offer you a Gift Voucher to use during the 3 months following its issuance.
- Our therapists are boys and girls so if you have any preference you must indicate it at the time of booking.
- In case of doubtful reservations / bonuses, the company may request the purchase and payment ticket.
Voucher General Conditions
- All our Gift Vouchers have an expiration of 3 months from their purchase, and can be extended by paying a penalty.
