CURRENTLY YOU CAN ONLY BOOK FOR OUR PREMIUM SPA IN THE HOTEL SH VALENCIA PALACE 5*

Make your pre-reservation with a minimum of 24-48 hours in anticipation of the reservation because of Department of Experiences respond to requests from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00.

IMPORTANT:: If you have a Giftbox which includes of guide of different centers(Booklet), please access first the website of said box(Smartbox,Wonderbox, La Vide es Bella…) to check that the services are up to date as many of the books were printed many years ago and nowadays may not correspond to the services currently being offered.

FOR ALL GIFTBOXES, CUPONS, VOUCHERS…YOU MUST BE OLDER THAN 16 YEARS OLD.

If you have called our Spa, our receptionists cannot make booking for you or tell you available time slots for Cupons and Giftboxes, our in house prices and services. This is the only department in which you can know the availability to use your cupons and giftboxes.

We respond to all requests in order of first come first serve in the maximum time slot of 72 hours. So please be patient, please do not call our receptionists with a bad attitude, the only ones who can give a solution to your questions about cupons and giftboxes are us, as the reservation is made through this department.

Remember we do NOT accept more than 2 people with cupon per Spa turn. These conditions are explained on all the collaborating websites.

OUR SPA CAPACITY IS LIMITED TO VERY FEW PEOPLE AND BECAUSE OF THAT IT IS ALSO LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE THAT CAN ACCESS OUR SPA DAILY WITH CUPONS AND GIFTBOXES.
